Total Movements executed this project with proper planning facing challenges like the Lockdown imposed by the Government of India due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A special heavy lift vessel was arranged at Adani Dahej Port. The Ammonia Converter was loaded on a suitable configuration of hydraulic axles as per stability calculation.

The packages were safely secured with proper lashing as per the lashing calculation. The transportation from ISGEC Dahej Works to Adani Dahej Port was done by special escort vehicles.

The package was stooled down inside the Adani storage area. Based on the arrival of the vessel, the package was further transported from storage to the berth for feeding under the vessel’s hook. It was secured inside the vessel using hard & soft lashings as per sea fastening calculation. Furthermore, it was shipped from Adani Dahej Port to Mina Zayed Port.

Upon the arrival of the vessel at Mina Zayed Port, the package was received directly on a suitable capacity barge. After completion of customs clearance, it was safely transported to the ADNOC Refinery site. With advanced detailing & intricate planning, we managed to deliver with ease.
